Each wellness provider undergoes a thorough verification process, including credentials review, reference checks, and user ratings. Continuous quality assessments are also conducted.
What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled session?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
